I needed to update my KS child support obligations after income changes and my daughter graduated from high school leaving my two sons as dependents. I didn’t rehire the law firm I used from the original divorce. I found Barnds Law using Google Maps and compared them to other Olathe and Overland Park law firms. I selected Barnds Law and was assigned Sergio Delgado. I advised Sergio of my willingness to read and research stuff that impacts me while relying on his expertise. Over a few months, Sergio and I had meetings and exchanged emails and calls. Every time, Sergo was attentive, respectful of our time (it costs me money), professional, and gave expert advice. Ultimately, my child support payments were reduced by 80% as more obligations shifted to me. This is the ideal outcome for me and my children. I’ll use Sergio Delgo for future family law matters.
