Stephanie at Barnes Law is fantastic!! She went over and beyond to help my niece and her baby girl, to keep them safe from harm, and get a new start. Finally they have found a law firm that cares for their health and safety above all else! Highly recommend this law firm!!!!

This is Maggie Scott. I am posting from this account because it will not allow me to post a review. I had a lot of interaction with brands law. My boyfriend, Sam was a client of David West. Sam has also given a review for Barnes law. Everything that Sam said in his review was accurate. I was there to hear every meeting phone call and was at every court date. The way my boyfriend was treated was not OK. David West told us from the start that he does not take many clients because he wants to make sure he can focus on our case. Which turned out to be true he never wants for us. He allowed the other attorney and judge to state things about his client that were never true, he himself told Miss information about his client. He never was prepared for court. He was always a fumbling through papers trying to find what he needed. We had to ask for pre-meetings before our court case we wanted to make sure everyone was on the same page we were never on the same page, we like they just wanted money and they could just do a subpar job for us and we should be happy. Which is awful, because we were fighting for equal rights for my son. David West made this case go to places that it should have never gone. We are now trying to pick up the pieces of the destruction David West dead to us. I have dealt with child custody lawyers in the past and have never been treated this way. Please do a good Google search before you decide to have brands law represent you.

I am absolutely pleased with the way that Stephanie Kice handled my case she went above and beyond for not only me but my family as well I was living out of state and she handled everything in a kind and professional way I would highly recommend her and her firm for any case. Thank you David West for representing me! I only had a week prior to my back pay child support case accusation. I called Barnds Law Firm and got transferred to David. I told him my story, and that I had a hearing in less than a week and half. He told me it’ll be tight due to timeframe, but he’d do his best to represent me. Long story short, David did an amazing job representing me. Made sure he was present during zoom meetings, forwarded me any emails that needed my attention, and kept me up to date on everything. Long story short case was dismissed. I don’t know how things would have went without a lawyer (court system), but I’m glad David represented me on a short notice.

I highly recommend Barnds Law LLC for family legal needs. I worked primarily with Rich, Kari, and Sean and they were all wonderful. They kept me informed often and were always looking out for my best interest. You guys are awesome!

David did an exceptional job of knowing the law and representing me. David also has a knack for being able to read the room/read people well which serves him great favor in the courtroom.
