You just don’t get a lawyer …you get a great team of individuals that insures your concerns are met and your case presented accurately. My case has been lengthy and high conflict, I have never felt unheard or lead in a direction that didn’t align with my views. If you’re completely overwhelmed and lost as I was, Barnds law firm will help you find your way. I called a frantic mess! I spoke with Sean and was in desperate need to speak to an attorney. He went above and beyond to help me the best we could, and squeezing me in with an attorney to speak with to get some general guidance. Mr.Barnds himself, called me and did an over the phone meeting with me at my request. All I can say is most attorneys I have dealt with either will not let you get a word in edgewise, talk over your head, or talk down to you. I experienced none of these with Barnds law firm. Mr Barnds was extremely helpful. He listened to what I had to say, and then responded to me in a way I could understand he gave me the best advice he could with the limited information I was able to give him. He then gave me multiple options of how I could proceed forward. The most important part is though he listened. He was kind, and he was easy to talk to. I can guarantee if I have to move forward I will be retaining him as my attorney. Making the phone call to their firm was the best thing I ever did. Every person I talked to went above and beyond to help me. Instead of just doing the bare minimum of going, oh well we’ll have to get you on the calendar here in a couple of weeks. This firm really seems to understand that people when they call are frantic, nervous, upset, and seeking guidance. They, as I said, held my hand and gave me multiple options of how I could move forward. So if you’re looking to have your mind eased and give you some assurance call this firm, they will do that for you as they did for me. I am not normally one to leave reviews, but, the way I was treated absolutely blew me away. So I had to share this for anyone else that is in the situation. I was in to know they’re in good hands.

Divorce is almost always messy and horrible. I was very fortunate to have Rich as my attorney. Knowledgeable, experienced and fair, Rich was extremely responsive to every email and phone call that I sent his way. Sean and Rich made a terrible situation bearable and got me through my divorce so I could move forward again with my life. After witnessing multiple friends of mine get divorced over the years, I highly recommend Rich. He’s best in class and will do everything he can to protect you and your family.
