Lindsay impressed me from the first meeting. That day I was in a difficult situation and nerves were raw. But her warmth and humorous demeanor helped me keep my head straight, which set the tone for the whole process over the next few months. Mine was an unusual case that required Lindsay to research real estate law. When she crossed the limits of her own expertise she was able to admit as such and reach out to colleagues for answers. She allayed my own fears by encouraging me to recognize the value of taking the "high road" and treating everybody involved with dignity.
