Dropped cases without explanation
“I had a hernia mesh failure in 2016. I called Hollis and they requested medical records. They informed me they had accepted my case. They asked me to be patient and they would be in touch. I waited several months like a fool with no reply. I called them back several times asking for a callback from a lawyer or paralegal. Nobody ever called me back. Finally the receptionist told me my case was dropped. I never got a letter or an explanation. I feel like a piece of garbage.”
