5 stars really isn't enough to rate how well I feel Nicholas Stanley and Stange Law Firm, PC. represented me. I went in facing a terribly stressful family ordeal, and from my initial consultation with Helen White, to my preferred attorney, Nicholas, Stange provided me with a strategy that made me feel confident. Nicholas was on the spot, and extremely professional. I really enjoyed that I had direct access to him and made me feel welcome to contact him at anytime. Nicholas was rapid to respond to any and all requests I made, and was extremely timely with all the case filings. The online portal makes it easy to upload and view documents with your attorney's and stay connected with your case. One area that I found the most impressive, was the resources available to the staff at Stange...and time-and-time again, Nicholas was able to move quickly and efficiently through my case. Nicholas was very punctual and sent me a few reminders to ensure I didn't miss any deadlines, so his organization was fantastic. He was also extremely personable to meet with, and did a great job of staying focused with the case to ensure I didn't spend more money than needed. Nicolas was also so quick with filings, we often beat the other attorney to the punch and gained a tremendous foothold in my case that I believe was the turning point for me. Stange trusts Nicholas to perform well for their firm, and I believe he's an incredible asset to their team. If you're in the KC area, don't hesitate to put your trust in Nicholas at Stange. If you're within Stange jurisdictions, to me it's a no-brainer...use Stange! Great value for the dollar. Extreme professionalism and experience. If I ever have family law matters to attend to, I'll never think twice about going back to Stange! Thank you for all your help, Nicholas!

Chris Scott was a court appointed lawyer we got for my son. Often you think court appointed means they may not put in the work. However, Chris did a great job, he listened to the family’s concerns, and he put together a case that got my son’s charges dismissed. I’m appreciative. And I would seek him out in the future.

Tina Cox-Vega represented us in our guardianship case and there isn't any other attorney that I would want on my side. Tina not only knows her law but she knows people and how to read them. She was able to sum up situations within minutes and was planning her next steps before we could blink an eye. Tina was always straight forward with me in telling me exactly what was going on or needed to happen and she definitely wasn't afraid to tell me if I wanted something out of line or wasn't possible. Beyond being really good at what she does, I was most impressed with how quickly she answered my phone calls or emails setting my mind at ease on a number of occasions. I pray that I never need Tina again but if a situation comes up she will be my first and only call.

I met with Anthony Jones in the Overland Park office on May 8th. I requested Anthony to review a Legal Separation draft that was drawn up in CA. Anthony made it clear that he was not licensed in CA, but that he would review the draft agreement for any obvious gaps and make appropriate recommendations for changes. I signed the appropriate consent documents and Anthony took my credit card to charge for services rendered. I was required to have my changes back to the Mediation Attorney by June 6th. Anthony agreed to have his review completed by May 15th. I had not heard anything from Anthony by May 22nd, so I called his office and made an appointment to see Anthony on May 24th. I received a call from a Stange Law Firm office staff member an hour before our scheduled meeting stating the Anthony could not take my case because he was not licensed in the state of CA. If this was the case, why did Anthony agree to take the case in our original meeting? Why did he not follow-up with me during the 2 weeks that he had agreed to be working on my case? Why did he waste 2 weeks of my limited time to complete the draft document review? I requested to have Anthony call me back directly. Of course he never did. Anthony is the lead attorney at the Overland Park office. If he is the Lead Attorney, I can't imagine the unprofessional job done by the lower experienced attorneys! This was extremely unprofessional and aggravating experience! Dave Hough
