Bad for business

Though it’s been many years now, Lexington Law really helped me get my credit score in tip top shape. It took about 2 years, but they got my credit score where it should have been!!

I am very grateful for the help I received at 100%. And raising my credit score.

Phone hangs up , no way to follow up , what kind of business is that 😕

Used this company before and they did great...well, things have definitely changed. All they care about is robbing people. Claim they don't bill in advance, but that is precisely what they try and do. Then argue and come up with reasons that charges are valid. Take your business elsewhere.

I'll read through all reviews from now on. If 100 different people are saying the same thing happened to them then take heed. They set me up on an automatic withdrawal. Told me my acct will be charged on a specific date. Then they sent me an updated contract to sign. After I signed the contract they said that the new contract has changed my date for the automatic withdrawal. Told me that I will be billed 139.99 every month on the 11th. Guess what? They took out on the 20th. No where close to the 11th. So now you have overdraft fees from your bank and Lexington charges you when you cancel. It's hard to speak with a supervisor and customer service talks in riddles. Be careful! Not a reputable company anymore. Try company called Rescore! Also Lexington has a class action suit against them as well. Look it up. Companies are not honest anymore. It's sad!

0 stars if I could. They're only good at charging random fees. Didn't even see a change I'm my credit report. They want to charge an extra month when you cancel .

I would not recommend Lexington Law Firm. They over promise and underdeliver.
