Let me just say, if you find yourself in trouble with a DUI dont even consider any other attorney. Go straight to Brian. He will not let you down in any way. He knows the law better than anybody else. He WILL have a soloution to your case no matter how complicated you think it might be. He makes it as stress free as he possibly can, beyond the shadow of a doubt! I get tears as i post this because he helped me out of what i thought was an impossible situation. Love you Brian!!

If you find yourself in trouble for a DUI, this is the office to call. Being in legal trouble is difficult, but it helps to have a good lawyer and office staff that does what they say they'll do. Don't go it alone! Hire these folks and make things easier on yourself!

I would not hesitate if i needed him again. BUT. I won't. That said he is very professional and knows all the other lawyers/judges/prosecuters. He knows exactly what the situation is going to be. He will be able to best represent you in your case. His recommendations, his para all are exactly what you pay for. For five stars I think someone would have to cheat to get me off. He did the best, honest job given my circumstances.

Knowledgeable, professional, and respectful are some of the words I've experience working with Mr. Leininger and his staff. Travelling from a recreational state to Kansas and was stopped by the police(racial profiling) and had a good amount of edibles and marijuana for personal use. Was detained and received a number from an attorney from one of the staff who worked at the compound where my vehicle was towed who was charging 3X the amount of what I paid for so my wife decided to get online and find an attorney and she found Attorney Leininger and his resume is impeccable. I was stressing so much as I do not live in that state and was facing jail time and was in jeopardy of losing employment. After speaking with him, I was able to set up a payment plan and his assistant Katie is amazing. I was late one time and was able to continue to receive services. I didn't feel the need to worry or really call as my much because my wife wanted me to check in almost every week and there was no need to because that's how much I had faith in him due to the emails and conversations I would have with him and sure enough, when it was time to go to court, all I had to do was zoom in and the outcome was to pay probation cost and complete a substance abuse evaluation and THAT'S IT.....NOTHING ELSE. He's the truth and this is not my first rodeo unfortunately dealing with this system. Kudos to my wife for finding him and kudos to the whole staff and if he ever reads this, THANK YOU AGAIN.
