If I could give 0 stars I would. After taking too much money out of my check for garnishment they wrote the overpayment check to the wrong name and address. Then after a fight they wrote me my check. For the wrong amount. Thank God I have a picture and letter that came with the original check. I suggest you also turn them into the BBB and also file a complaint with the KS Bar so they stop treating people this way. I sure am. Thieves!!!!

This firm gets a lot of bad reviews due to the work they do. They were VERY nice to me and helped me get back on track. I owned the money, not them. It was my responsibility, and they helped me.

If I could give this place a zero I would, the receptionist is the rudest person I have ever spoken to in my life. Me and my husband have been sued 3 times so we decided to get a loan from the bank we set at the bank and called them and asked exactly how much we owed and Angie she was like we can’t tell you that... seriously yes you can I explained that me and my husband where setting at the bank to see exactly how much we will owe so we could get the amount of the loan. Needless to say it was 1200 and something so we sent that in that day I called Monday they said they received it and they are still garnishing my husbands check. Yes I understand I will get all that money back but the fact of the matter is they said we are short staffed and they are not going to rush and do anything. Well let’s just say I’m not playing there games anymore. Do your job and stop making people feel like they are horrible because people have real life problems. And then she told me if you would have paid your bills in the first place this wouldn’t have happened. That’s when I went smooth off. So if anyone is dealing with this Law firm Don’t speak to Angi.

Would give no stars if possible. Receptionists is extremely rude and not helpful to people who are trying to understand what's happening .Treats them like they are stupid. Hope her attitude doesn't send someone over the edge. In this day and age someone struggling and feels there's no hope a person like this could cause some harm .Wouldn't want that representing my business .Angie go get some proper communication skills before you cause someone harm!

Good lawyers for cheap

These people were extremely rude and difficult to work with, and I'm sorry but in this day and age, what institution doesn't have some form of electronic bill pay? I have to send in a paper check every month with no guarantee as to WHEN it will be drawn out of my account. And I haven't seen anything come out of my account for the past couple of months despite the fact that I've been sending my payments in on time. I have a very real fear that one day all of the checks will be cashed at once rather than them cashing the checks monthly like they should be.

They can"t give receipt, are rude mean and make fun of you while talking to how can they sleep at night i have paid a lot of money and on credit report shows nothing

I have never in my life been treated so rudely by the receptionist who answered the phone she more or less considered my questions a waste of her time. This law firm is actually a collection agency and I would hate to have to answer to God ( because you all will one day) for they way you treat people.

The receptionist is hands down the rudest person I have ever encountered. After being hung up on 3 times I was finally able to come to some sort of payment arrangement.
