Lindsey Erickson represented my son during his case. She is an amazing attorney always looked for the best options for my son. She also responded to any questions I had via email super fast. And even though the case is over she is still very involved in making sure my son does well and does all the things he is supposed to. I 100% recommend her she is awesome and I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney thank you so much for all that you did!

Highly recommend. I had a large contract dispute on a new build. Drew was effective and reasonable, and believed in my case. He filed a lawsuit and we were able to resolve my case for more than I thought was possible.

I wanted to write an exceptional review for Lindsey Erickson, but I’m not the best writer in the world. However, I do know how to google and found a great article about the qualities that make a great Lawyer. 5) Analytical Skills – Having the knack to analyze all viewpoints. Lindsey looked at my case and rather than treat it as a standard case the way my previous lawyer had, found that there were unique circumstances and approaches to my case. She was able to successfully defend me based on these circumstances. 4) Responsiveness – Lawyers should respond to their clients. Lindsey actively communicated with my family and friends to help create a successful defense. 3) Research and Investigation Skills Lindsey obviously had done her research on what we faced when appearing before the Judge and Prosecutor. She was able to use this information to prepare arguments that appealed to these people. 2) Speaking Skills – Lawyers must be able to speak clearly and concisely. Obviously, was able to communicate my case. Though discussions with the prosecutor were private, she presented my case in a well-prepared convincing manner. 1) Listening Skills – Lawyers must listen to their clients. During our one-on-ones, it was obvious that she was listening to everything being said to formulate the information into a successful defense. Asked appropriate questions, made clarifying statements, and really understood my particular history and circumstances. While Lindsey most assuredly possesses all these qualities and more, it is the last one that she exceled at with me. Lindsey is an extremely great empathetic and caring listener and helped me understand every aspect of the case. As a medical professional and trainer, I could teach all the skills a person needed to do their jobs appropriately, but the one thing I couldn’t teach was empathy (or in my case bedside manner). Lindsey excels at all these qualities, and I liked and trusted her from the minute she walked into the room! It is because of her that I had a successful outcome and of course could not be happier. But even if I didn’t, I would still highly recommend her as she is a professional, prompt, honest and kind person!!!

Dionne is well respected in the courts and has relationships with prosecutors, judges, private investigators, chemist the list goes on. Not only what you know is very important, but who you know plays a big role as well. Dionne fought long and hard for me and I always knew she had my best interest. I hope I never need to hire her again 😁 but if anything were to happen with my friends or family I would definitely refer her without a doubt.

About four years ago I was looking for legal representation. Someone I knew recommended I contact Dionne Sherff at Joseph, Hollander & Craft's Overland Park office. I met with her and decided almost immediately she was the attorney I wanted to represent me. Of course, I really had little idea of how good she was as an attorney. What sold me initially was her as a person. One could not hope to have a finer person enter into his or her life. She is warm, compassionate, patient, and a great listener. I never once felt she was too busy for whatever I needed at any particular moment. Dionne always kept me informed in a timely manner. And, once everything was said and done, it turned out she is as fine an attorney as she is a person. Five stats falls way, way short of the rating she deserves. You know how to tell a lawyer is lying, right? Well, not in this case. She tells it like it is. I was looking at a pretty dire outcome. Dionne confirmed the worst that could happen, but then she set about do all she could to make sure the outcome was as positive as could be. Beyond Dionne, the entire team at Joseph, Hollander, and Craft served me very, very well. The are polite, professional, and friendly. Great team. If you're in need of an attorney I suggest you do two things: 1) Call Dionne; and 2) visit any courthouse in the greater K.C. area and ask as many people as you can about her. Everyone I've ever talked to about her has always had nothing but great things to say about both her skills as an attorney and her dedication to her clients.
