Husband was attempting to pay off a debt. Was given a 60 day time limit to pay and called on day 58. Matt refused to help, stating that he needed to call back in 30 days, which was not possible. Called another number and got transferred back to Matt who stated that they didn’t have my case, he needed to take that as an answer, call back in 30 days, and hung up on my husband after he requested to speak with someone else. Called back and the receptionist was super sweet but ultimately couldn’t help with much considering she was just a receptionist, so she transferred us back to Matt who then was civil and respectful. Assuming Matt got his butt chewed, rightfully so. He makes that office seem like a joke.

This company is a scam do not use them for anything. I got a letter and phone call about auto repair. Then I got one that says "lend nation" and then I got one that says "job seekers. My auto salesman told me it is a fraud

Waiting on a call back but This company drained 3 of my bank accounts and an account that I manage for an 84 year old man that is not related to me. They did this at 6pm on Friday of Labor Day weekend without any notice, garnishments, served papers, etc. my husband cannot get his diabetes medicine which is $1100 because they took every penny out of every account. How is this legal? We have never missed a payment and have perfect credit. How can a company do this to you?

Horrible me customer service that paralegal clerk is the most rude and nasty person ever. I’m amazed that this place hasn’t been closed or that lady been fired. Horrible customer service. That lady needs to get laid

This place could care less about you, I’m honestly surprised they’re still in business. I wouldn’t consider working w/ them in anything. 25% of every check is crazy and inhumane. Everybody is rude, disrespectful, sneaky, no regard for humanity. I don’t know how the employees can peacefully go home after work and sleep well knowing they work for this hellish of company. Wouldn’t be surprised if somebody came and burned this building down w/ the amount of people they’ve screwed over. In my hopes I hope somebody does! 0 stars for sure, don’t mind the 1 star just had to put something.

Deceptive. Calls and texts from spoofed numbers. Aggressive rude and verbally abusive collection agents. Frequently violate the FDCPA. Total clown show. One rep threatened to send her "people" to my house. Keep calling and violating and know that my lawyer is looking forward to sticking it to them.

I don't know you people The business that you're saying I owe money to since I don't know it they don't know who you are or at least the person I talk to didn't know who you're with they couldn't find you on the records so what's the deal guys never heard of you and I paid the bill why should I send you money when I don't know who you are if somebody has a claim against me give me some paperwork so I know what's going on so I can Pay it if I owe money I pay it look at my record I've contacted Solaris three or four times now and I'm paid in full I don't get it
