I have to give at least one star, but it would be less if I could. They are spamming me with texts and phone calls. I declared bankruptcy three years ago and have no outstanding debt as a result. You may have to deal with them at some point, but I wouldn't seek them out for help.

Ruthless Debt collector. Will garnish 25 percent of wages. Original debt was 900 they hit me for over 3500.

I understand their job is to collect debt, but you don’t have to be rude doing it. I CALLED THEM ON MY OWN to make arrangements and anytime I call, whoever answers the phone is the most unpleasant person I will speak to in any given day, guaranteed. He mumbles then wants to get an attitude because I can’t understand him. I ask questions, and he acts as if I’m inconveniencing him trying to figure all this out. Maybe get a new job if you hate the one you’re doing so much.

Levied my bank account while out of town... Didn't care how I got back home.. After levy was lifted called and made arrangements to pay off my account only to discover that my wages were garnished after the arrangement...Now that I should be paid in full nobody is answering to update me on this issue... Update... Finally got a call back, in fact I've overpaid this company now I have to wait for them to return my funds. Shouldn't I be entitled to interest since they've gotten more money than the debt originally was? They took over $500 but my debt was less than $200 to settle... SMH... Wow.....

Don't waste your time with this ambulance chasing firm. Not a BBB accredited company (shocked). These people sound like the same people who try to scam you into buying extended service contracts for your car. 0/10

Yeah, not working with clients during the pandemic and being unemployed is not really the best business practice. The debt was bought out anyway; they could have accepted a lower amount.

Wish I could give negative stars. My daughter was almost killed in a car accident and was left with a traumatic brain injury. During her rehabilitation an account of hers was sent to this place. As soon as I knew anything about the debt we made arrangements and paid the debt in full that day. The girl said that once the money hit their bank and cleared ( in a couple of days) that she would send a notice that the debt had been paid in full. A month later we still had not received anything from them. When I called I started out nice. The guy said that the girl that I had been working with was out on leave. Ok, so you send me a receipt. Hang up. Call back, not as nice this time. Tried to explain to the guy and he got snotty. I used foul language at this point. Asked to speak to a supervisor and again got hung up on. Called again with no amount of niceness. Finally, got my freaking receipt.The customer service at this place is a joke. It is bad enough that people are in the situation that they are in without asshats being rude and judgmental.
