Waiting over two months for a workers comp hearing, keep getting told that they will get back to me has never called back. Was told originally that my claim wasn't high dollar, guess that's why they haven't done anything.

Went from a 5 to a three. A bill that should of been paid out of my workers compensation showed up. Contacted them and didn't get any help. Was a long time ago but still someone dropped the ball and my State return was held. They said records were in a warehouse and they would see what they could find. After weeks and not hearing from them I contacted the records department and got my file. Little Ole me. Not an attorney can find a way but they couldn't? I forward a pdf of the records and I have not heard back. THANKS
