She is simply amazing to work with!

Tish Morrical, and her paralegal, are absolutely amazing. She was recommended to me by several coworkers for a difficult situation. After hearing my side of the situation, she immediately stated exactly what she planned to do, and she did it. Our county has a long process, and throughout, she was very reassuring and responded to all of my emails quickly. She would call just to keep me informed and to make sure I didn't have additional needs or concerns. Not only would I recommend her, but I have recommended her to others.

Having Tish representing me was such a great choice! Her professionalism and knowledge of my matters were above and beyond my expectations! She was to the point and resolved my situation in a timely matter.

BEWARE! I don’t give bad reviews but I hope to help someone else by writing this. I hired her for my divorce and thought with her experience and gender I’d be in good hands. She delayed the case by not getting the discovery to request the other parties proof of assets for months. She didn’t do until I went to her office and demanded. Every delay cost me 300$. She charges for every email despite she only responds about 20% of the time. In my case she would only respond to one of my email questions so I would have to email numerous more times to get one more question answered. If she would respond and answer all questions it would be great. Then on the day of mediation she admitted she never sent the discovery to request his documents.I wanted to delay mediation and get his documents. I had emailed her numerous times asking for his documents and left voicemails. She threatened how much more she would charge if we went to court. [I believe she didn’t want the judge to see she’d not done that]. I felt backed into a corner and was shocked at her lack of representation of me.She took his word for everything despite I had submitted all proof otherwise. She called his appraisal of my house nonsense as we were only married 2 yrs and I paid it off four years before I met him. But she sure used it. Cost me 7,500$.She clearly advocated for the other party. I don’t think for one minute she’s incompetent. He blew 50;000$ from the sale of his house behind my back. She said that didn’t matter because he’d spent it. I sent numerous emails and left voicemails asking for his documents. So how could she have accidentally not sent the request? If I could do it over I’d not hire her, or at least made her take it back to court and let the judge see she handled the case the way she did. Personally , I feel there was a deal between her and the other party. I see no other way to explain it. Please be careful. I don’t want what happened to me to happen to you.

Worse attorney in Salina ks. She took my money and did ABSOLUTELY nothing for me

My wife and I were in the middle of an adoption after being contacted by an out of state agency. We found out late in the process that we would need an attorney to help us with certain aspects. We have never had to hire an attorney and Tish and Crystal were always professional and helpful. I really appreciated the walk thru of the court finalization of the adoption. I felt very comfortable walking into the courtroom knowing the process. Would definitely hire again if needed. Thank you Tish for answering all of my questions and helping us give a little girl that didn’t have much of a life a chance to flourish in the future!

She is a horrible person. No morals. She'll lie straight to the judge. A true snake.
