Andrew was hired to be the "guardian" for my two children. He interviewed them about 15 minutes. Andrew met with their counselor for about 15 minutes. Then Andrew proceeds to show up to the next 3 court hearings saying he is at a loss on what to recommend and does not know what to do and was "looking for direction" from the Judge. Andrew failed to complete his work he was paid for. Edit: Your response confirms my opinion. I am not saying I disagree with your judgement. I am saying you did not do your work. You never made a recommendation, You also didn't even file the required paperwork (confirmed by my attorney) you never submitted 'voice of the child' paperwork to the court. Typically, when someone does not complete their work on time it shows lack of care and effort. copy of Mr Boltons response incase he decides to change it. I am often appointed to represent the best interest of children in difficult situations. I do not represent either parent - my job is to represent the children's best interest in Court, and sometimes that means making decisions and taking positions that one parent or the other may not agree with.
