“They take a long time to make contact with you. Lori is very disrespectful. She hung up on me while on the phone then refused to contact me at all on the phone after that.”

Difficulty getting issues resolved
“Can not get a call back.... just like other reviewers have posted. Curious to see if they'll respond the same to me and say they have no record of me like they did the others ... My checks have been getting garnished from an old debt and they have not provided me a garnishment release form or the refund for overpayment that is due to me.”
