They take a long time to make contact with you. Lori is very disrespectful. She hung up on me while on the phone then refused to contact me at all on the phone after that. I got ahold of her through email though. Don't recommend.

Can not get a call back.... just like other reviewers have posted. Curious to see if they'll respond the same to me and say they have no record of me like they did the others ...
My checks have been getting garnished from an old debt and they have not provided me a garnishment release form or the refund for overpayment that is due to me. I've left countless voicemail to the point that I feel bad for the front desk staff that have to keep taking my calls. I am more than happy to change this review if someone contacts me today.

I hate that they even are able to get a star rating. Because the absolute trash that comes with dealing with them, Calls for a 0 star rating. Absolutely the worst with communication. When you are able to speak with someone, you then get to deal with the condescending tone they take with you. The list goes on. I’ve heard horrible things about them. Unfortunately now I get to experience that and more for myself.
