Jennifer Smith was appointed to the case to represent the children. Despite giving her a police report where mother admitted to doing harm and numerous other strong evidence she wrote a bias report and intentionally omitted this evidence. But because she didn't take the stand she can't be questioned about her ethics on the case. (Sarcastic) Im sorry i didn't have another $20k to take it to trial to question you about your ethics. Now the kids have been removed from extra curricular activities by the offending parent. The kids were hurt by this attorney failure to represent them and withhold evidence from the court.

Lady that answered the phone so they don’t do civil cases. I guess mine was maybe too difficult not enough easy money for them but very rude. Maybe they need to update their website. Sorry to bother you mam I’m sorry you had to pick up the phone.

Highly recommend Keegan McElroy for family law. She is great at communication, she’s clear and no nonsense. She listens to what’s important to you. Professionally stands her ground with opposing counsel. It was a relief to not feel alone, she truly felt like a teammate, working hard to get to better solutions!

Stopped by this office to get some questions answered concerning my father's estate. Left contact info, as the estate attorney was out of office. No contact until a WEEK later, then got a call from a LAW CLERK, who didn't identify herself as such until I asked if something was legal, when she admitted she was not an attorney with a snarky attitude. Not anything close to the professionalism I expect from a law firm. BEWARE.

After a terrible experience with my first court-appointed attorney left my daughter and I flailing around in scary, uncharted (by us) waters, I was frantic for help but reluctant to let anyone else steer the boat. Into this less-than-ideal situation stepped Ms.Tina Wenzl, who impressed me from the first moments of our first meeting with her professionalism, her positive attitude, and most importantly, her compassion. In the months since then, she has gone above and beyond all reasonable expectations too many times to count. We haven't always agreed, but I know without a doubt that I can trust her judgement and advice. Ladies and gentlemen of this law office-you hit a home run when you signed Tina on. Michelle Slinkard handled my family law case. She was the second attorney I have used over the years dealing with this matter. My experience with her handling my case was by far superior to my previous one . She was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had during the process. She always explained all of my options to me in detail as well with my case. I will continue to use her in the future for all of my family law matters.
