For the safety of myself I am concealing my real name. Austin Vincent has assisted my wife and an illegal adoption without my consent he has taken my son and placed him in an adoptive family's home. According to Kansas law ksa 21-5409 and in accordance with custodial and parental rights he has willfully violated this law. I have filed for a divorce and it is not finalized I am still legally married I still have legal rights to my son and he was placed in and adoptive home prior to ever even speaking to me. This man has no business practicing law. As an adoption attorney he should full well know the rights and responsibilities and legalities.

Calls pregnant moms who havent even given birth, a birth mother, altered waiting time to relinquish to a mere 24 hours after giving birth, doesn't divulge open-adoptions cannot be enforced. Best to parent foster children, not be part of this sketchy covert coercion so someone can make a sale.

Dont know why the 3 stars from the previous reviewer's that won't give a description why. Mr. Vincent helped a friend of mine and myself on adoptions that were so smooth and painless. I had to hire him for my adoption because my previous attorney was dragging her feet and taking over a year to accomplish what Mr. Vincent did in a month. Definitely recommend him
