If they wasn't taking my money for stuff i owe i would have gave them 5*'s friendly staff and willing to work with me on my payments.

No core values or ethics for all those who work with and for this low life (so called) lawyer. Sorry I had to remind those low lifs... but we all are human and make mistakes, however, a mistake to humanity doesn't fix the issues at hand. They well be judged at the Pearly Gates of Heaven!

These are some of the most horrible people you would ever have to deal with. Rude and unprofessional to say the least. I cant believe they are allowed to talk and treat people the way that they do. Its sad! Very sad! There is no reason to be so nasty with people.

The woman who answered the phone is a rude smart mouth. I had an old bill that was $475 and they charged me $1898.00. I called back after paying them $1300.00 to try to settle the account. The lady put me on hold for 30 seconds literally and came back on to tell me that I have to pay the entire $1898.00. This place has scumbags answering the phone and you can never speak to the actual attorney. Rip off artists at it finest.

Should be no stars! Brings true meaning to the term blood sucking lawyer! Garnishing my wages for something that happen 18 years ago. Never got any notice except the notice of garnishment.

I recently was garnished from my employer without any proper notification from a debt from 2009 that was not on my credit report either so i had no remembrance of the debt. I cleared my debt with 1 paycheck garnishment. 2 days after I received another call about another file they had that I was subjected to garnishment.so I tried explaining to the agent ,you just took my whole paycheck of coarse I don't have money to clear the balance today!.I tried explaining to the agent an she was so rude an gave me no alternatives. I expressed how her customer service was horrible an she replied with "I'm not a customer service agent, I'm a bill collector" .I ended up hanging up an calling back to speak with another agent who was able to get me on a monthly installment plan. I have been current but every time I call in to make my payment , I get their voice mail an no return call back within a reasonable time frame. I'm almost sure if they don't receive my payment they will say I failed to pay on time! So frustrated with this company an the people working for it! I understand the debt it owed but the practices they work under are so unprofessional!
