Very rude on the phone and they’re collecting interest on my hospital bill which they should not be collecting interest on any hospital bills because hospital bills are not supposed to collect interest

Two different companies are taking money out of my checks, this company being one of them. I called the other company and they agreed to take me from being garnished from 25 percent down to 10. H Kent hollins office basically told me it's not their problem. They don't care if you have kids, bills, anything. Scum.

Pay your payments monthly on time and you forget 1 payment 8 days late and they have already sent it for garnishment. They have no sympathy for people in general. Care only about money.

Terrible, I paid 100% of the debt. One year later, they got a non wage garnishment for the full total! They said I never paid but I have receipts. They are slimy.
