This place is such a disgrace to humanity. They are not willing to work with you on anything and are quick to get a court date. I’m a full time student and have 0 time for a job because of the specialty degree I am obtaining. I have lost faith in the good of people because of places like this. Remember, karma is real.

The guys you see with other guys. Less endowed, I think this is the place. Not for sure but hey what do I know. I do know a hollins and a another guy that both swing hard on the playground😉

Asked them to hold off on trying to collect on a debt that I owe due to medical issues and also finding out I have stage 3a CKD (Kidney Disease) they said they won’t put it on hold! All they want is $800 well they ain’t getting it because I’m on social security for a reason. Looks like I’ll talk to an attorney to get them off my back because I don’t need the stress right now. If there was a zero star rating they would get it!

Terrible people over all these people have no heart or self control the people in charge are the worst kind of people collections is still a form of customer service u don’t know why people are where they are and treating people inhuman is not right I was a collection agent for 7 years and no humans was less or more important than the next and never did I hang up on someone trying to make a payment no matter how small that’s denial and refusal to accept which voids the debt

This company claims to own a past debt and will not allow sent notification in writing, to debit/garnish money in small sums that equal 500 USD or more, and, befriend bank tellers that will tell you want you want, and change their number if you call on a weekend, to stop any trade fines that dismantle legitimate complaints you can't prove again. There is an obituary about this company who could be bankrupt / expired professional license by a board of licening in there state, but a scam or hack used by unknown persons to scheme phone service /passing high dollar amounts 500 or more to gain trust in a help or love scheme/ allow 10 at a time to replace same USD limit of 1200 USD to gain new phone service and equipment on victims credit. Black mail or extortion knowing the person who is forwarding money to send. When calling number from a representative named Paul given by the fincjal institution debited from, the it changes from a female personal recording to posted hours after a complaint by the same female. I had a payment plan set up and they still decided to garnish me

If there was a zero star I would rate zero! These people are trying to garnish my checks after 19 years of a debt I owed from 2004!!!!! I still yet have to find out what debt it is ( office are closed til Monday )but I definitely don’t give these guys a good rating at all . May God bless !!! Next time they try and “garnish” they could at least tell me a court date for “the debt”. Totally don’t recommend these lawyers to anyone. I would pay a debt willingly if I knew what it was but this , come on …19 years later ?!?! If someone is that hard up to collect a chump change then that’s sad For real

I don’t know why my friend just got a letter from them. We are California residents and neither of us have been to Kansas. So bizarre. The lady on the phone wouldn’t give me any info so that I could help my friend and figure out why this very random letter showed up. Looks like they’re a bunch of scam artists.

Refuses to return calls.

They are quick to issue a garnishment and even after you have paid it off they drag their feet to withdraw it.

Absolute trash!!! Worst company!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!
