Zero communication, unethical practices and they know debts were paid but garnished anyway. So I'm paying a hospital bill twice and nothing I can do about it. Trash organization from top to bottom.

I'd give negative stars if I could. A bunch of trash feeding off the poor and they are ruthless, open a bank account in a state with no garnishment like Texas, these bottom feeders should all just off their selves and the world would be better off. Much much better off.

Not only does nobody answer the phone, but they don’t even try to get information out to you to let you know you have a judgement against you to make arrangements. It’s as simple as googling someone’s address! Absolutely minimal effort by this company is made for anything. Instead they sit on your judgement and accrue interest

Spoke with Jalesha on the phone and she was very kind and helpful! I was heavily garnished today but as someone who also works customer service I understand these people are just trying to do their jobs and being mean to them isn't going to get you anywhere anyway.

This place makes its money on taking people to court after years of back collections. Even when you have court papers that say it was your ex-husbands debt. They add on 12%interest wow how do you people sleep at night.
