Jamie was great when we spoke on the phone. There are a lot of deadbeats here complaining about being garnished for things that are no one's fault but their own. Sorry, but a similar deadbeat hit my car with no insurance, and I don't care if they need to work a second job after getting garnished if it means I get my money back. I'm the victim, not the deadbeat.

The use of unethical tactics to steal from people that can't clearly afford it. Pretending to represent the actual companies that wouldn't do this to the variable. I'm starving with no money because I'm poor. I didn't receive papers to go to court and now my bank is frozen from a judgment that I wasn't aware of.

My insurance representative and I both spoke to Anne on a three way call and she was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional towards both of us. My representative was calmly explaining what we needed from them for the case and Anne interrupted her and raised her tone “are you going to keep talking over me instead of letting me answer the questions?!? You’re extremely rude!” 1. Anne hadn’t said a word
2. No questions had been even been asked yet.
This didn’t even scratch the surface of the interaction, which was all hostile.

Well when we first met I wasn't really a fan but after 2 years of garnishments my bills are paid and I'm working on building my credit. Thank you for making bills a responsibility.

After not being able to continuing to pay the set amount due to losing my job, once I got a job the started a garnishment taking 25% of my check not allowing me to pay my bills or support my family adequately. This collection agency has never been one to work with anyone or want to lower the percentage of the amount they garnish. I understand it's their job and it's my bill but I also have a family, how would they feel if they had this exact thing happening to them?

Horrible people stole my money and it wasn’t even me in the judgement.
Refused to refund my money or speak with an attorney who could help.
The front staff needs to be charged and the office needs to be held accountable.
I am in Texas. Never even lived in Kansas.
Will be filing charges for fraud and emotional distress against the front office. Asking for 50,000 at least.
