If I could give it 0 I would. The amount of daily interest rate they charge for a bill you obviously couldn’t afford to pay in the first place is outrageous. This is war on the working class. How is this legal?

This shouldn’t be allowed. Customer service is HORRIBLE, if you call to ask any questions or try to make a payment, it rings once and asks you to leave a call back number which they will never cal you back. It’s nearly impossible to get ahold of them. When I signed in online, it had $400 more than what I actually owed, they claimed to not have any idea where it came from. After about an hour of talking to them, they decided to waive it off for “looking suspicious”

They have tried to collect on something that has been paid and we have the receipt for. Flat out refused to give us a confirmation that they received our fax. Next time we will consider it harassment and get lawyers of our own.
