Tia helped me out over the phone on 2 different occasions, she was very professional, polite, calm, and understanding. She was a solid 10/10. Amazing service, she made it very easy and walked me thru the entire process. Would recommend talking to her everytime!

My husband has been getting his paychecks garnished for almost this entire year. He owes them nothing now but they’re still taking out almost $200 from his paycheck. And nobody answers the phone or calls back. Ridiculous. Taking money from people knowing barely any of us can afford to survive in this economy as it is.

They took me to court, yet would not work with me, because on the day of court I had dialysis for kidney failure.

They messed up sending a receipt and got angry that I "bogged down their lines" when I tried to call them back to fix it. Can't even do business right ***Update*** After posting this Review, they suddenly got their act together and fixed the problem.

This law firm is a bottom feeding debt collector that sues people without providing any debt validation in accordance with the law. More people should sue these opportunists into oblivion. For every violations of the FDCPA they can be fined 1,000.00. They don't even drop court cases if you pay the alleged debt and they never answer their phone or return phone calls. They also lie to the Consumer Protection Bureau and tell them that they send validation of the debt when they never did. It's a shame Google won't let us leave a negative star review because that's all they would get.

If I could give a lower review I would. They never answer the phone for you so you can make a payment and they won’t fix their payment portal so you can’t make a payment online. Don’t bother leaving a voicemail because they won’t call you back. Spoke to one representative and told them how difficult it is to get a payment placed and they said “We reserve our professionalism for our clients. Not the people who owe us money”. The money I owe them is from medical bills that were sent to them two months after my hospital visit even with making payments.

They will steal your money from your joint bank account, so they will take other people's money to pay for someone debit with no information sent to you prior to them doing it and when you call they will not answer or return calls. They are slimy attorneys that will do unethical things to get money

This company won't ever answer the phone and the voicemail hangs up on you. You can't even get ahold of somebody to resolve an issue. Garnishment has been paid but I can't move forward with my bank because they haven't signed off on their end. Don't know how these people look in the mirror everyday

This company violated a couple of things 1. Me and my ex were legally separated in 2015 with divorce settled in 2019 and they started garnishing her check in 2024 for a 2019 medical bill.. Doctrine of Necessity can not be used as leverage on a legal separation prior to the bill being accrued. There response was it was not filed in the court til after accrued date well if that’s the case there garnishment was not filed til after the statue of limitations and the debt is time barred from garnishment… I will be filing a formal complaint with the Bar Association on Fair Debt Collection Practices
