Jamie was very unresponsive. And the biggest thing was Julie and Jamie do not stand behind their ethical claim that you will never be charged additional fees without your knowledge and approval. They sent out an email to everyone asking people to give positive reviews, due to so many negative reviews. They also said they had also had negative reviews hidden. Maybe they should just improve their behavior, and then they wouldn't have so many negative reviews. Response- It is not true that this was a tactic to get out of paying my invoice. My invoice was already paid before writing the review. And I made several complaints about non-responsiveness before I received an invoice. The additional fees were not agreed to ahead of time. Those are just the facts.

Anderson & Associates is by far Kansas City's number 1 real estate law firm in my opinion. During these trying times, considering the pandemic and floundering economy it is an especially difficult decision to take legal action to remove an occupant from a property. Anderson & Associates is efficient, and makes the process stress free. Clear communication is a constant. Hopefully I won't need to remove someone from a property again, but if it does come down to it, I will always turn to Anderson & Associates to help me through the process.

Anderson and Associates has always been there for us. Their prices are reasonable, and they do a superb job helping us track our documentation (i.e. by sending plenty of reminders for what we need to get to them, etc.).
