Terrible communication skills going to have to get a lawyer just to pay a debt because they won't respond to emails, voicemail, or phone calls. We are attempting to PAY a debt so it doesn't make sense

As a landlord client I have been disappointed in this firm. Hasn't met my expectations in several categories. Won't use them in the future.

So I called this "office" on a Saturday expecting to leave a message and Mr.Wise answers, I was caught off guard because again I expected to leave a message. I began to tell him why I was calling and he went on to say its saturday and hes closed. Why answer the phone??? Oh because your "business" number is also your personal cell phone number, really professional. So I call back today and he had a hard time explaining himself and when I asked for clarification he became very upset, obviously he didnt have all the information and doesnt react well under pressure. He yelled at me and when I asked him why he was yelling in my ear and why he couldnt just speak normally he hung up on me.

terrible people, and rude. hang up in your face while your trying to work with them and then everyone plays games when you call back! clearly their client is being paid by me, never accepted the money from the trustee, finally claimed their money and these fool ass women are still filing motions to take my house though their client has been paid. i hope they all rot

Law firm was successful at reaching end goal and thankful for this. However, communication on their end could improve greatly.

Unjust, do very little research before taking on a client that is a lying slumlord. Apparently it is oka to allow a family struggling to start a life to live above a basement filled w/ sewage from a leak the property manager Henry E. Lyons company was well informed about before they rented the house. I guess bullies stick together.
