I was so happy to find Anderson & Associates a couple of years ago when we had to conquer our first eviction in 25 years. We had inherited a tenant who we later learned was a serial rent dodger and had repeated evictions about every 2-3 years. The process was not near as bad as we had heard and we now have a very appreciative tenant in that property who we are working with through Covid with a reduced rent plan. We also purchased all the legal documents from Anderson & Associates and always get an answer within 24 hours to any inquiries we make. Again so glad we found Anderson & Associates!
