Not impressed. They never heard of pro bono or little people. Don't even want to talk to ya unless you got 10K up front. Said he would have a junior associate call me. Yeah right. All but threw me out. To bad somebody could've gotten some free publicity helping with my wrongfull incarceation suit. Not to mention a l lot more than 10K on the backend. So greedy and shortsighted.

There is no price to place when fighting for your life, your lively hood, and the mer freedoms you have. When people say they would not have those things without the Kerns law firm fighting for them and winning believe it its true. I would not have the life I have been given back without Kurt there is doubt. When your in a situation you must have the best on your team, this is the team. The defense game in the court system is a journey and it takes someone who has the strength, power, knowledge, stamina, and abilities to get you through this journey. It isnt easy but Kurt makes it possible.

By the time I scheduled my consultation with Kurt, I had already hired 1 criminal law firm, a public defender and countless consultations with other lawyers. I was feeling discouraged because not one of them seemed to care or hear the whole situation. As soon as the elevator door opened and Kurt came out to shake my hand I immediately knew he was the one that would listen. We sat down in his office and discussed my situation. After hearing what was going on Kurt immediately knew I was speaking the truth and had the evidence to back it up. I had a huge sigh of relief and hired him to represent me in what has been the worst year of my life between all of the criminal accusations and the civil lawsuit that I am still fighting. Fast forward to my Criminal Preliminary Hearing. I was so nervous going to the courthouse but as soon as Kurt arrived I felt as ease. Kurt was amazing. I think we both were prepared for the judge to rule in favor of a trial. What felt like an eternity the judge finally spoke. He said dismissed on both counts. I was in shock and really wasn’t sure I heard correctly. As Kurt and I were waiting for the elevator I had to ask him if what I heard was right. He stated yes and all I wanted to do was give him a huge hug. Kurt is an amazing lawyer but also a great person. I am grateful to have had him recommended to me because I do not know how everything would have turned out. He took the time to listen and review the facts and defended an innocent person. Although I am very happy to not have had a trial, I honestly wish I could have seen him in the nitty gritty of a trial. If you are innocent you need to hire Kurt Kerns. He will do what it takes to make sure you are represented to the fullest. Now I know why he is only 1 of a very few American Lawyers that practices at The Hague. Thank you Kurt! CD

For a new client or soon to become client this guy and his staff are quite amazing hopefully it's a big W for us in the end
