Absolutely the worst representation i have ever paid for. I have had public defenders that has did me more justice. This person lied to me over filing court motions he never filed. Because of his negligence i received a warrent for a dismissed PFA which he turned around and failed to communicate with me at all and resulted in being tazzed buy the great WPD. I paid this man cash in advance just to learn he all along was unethically working against me and robbing my up front paid services that he never gave me. I 100% would never recommend this lawyer not even to my ex-wife and not fond of to say the least. So heed my advice Please beware this Lawyer is a fraud and needs to be disbarred from the Bar-association this is my Qeast till i die is to assist this lawyer towards his own doom. So if you want to be screwed hire him but he SUCKS!

Had the unfortunate experience of watching a good friend retain Steve Mank to resolve a criminal matter. I watched for more than a year as Mr. Mank refused to return his calls, answer his emails or provide basic discovery or other information about my friend's case, except for the occasional call from Mr. Mank's secretary to "be in court tomorrow" so that he could adjourn the matter and kick the can down the road. After firing Mr. Mank and retaining competent counsel, the case was resolved almost immediately on terms that were far better than what Mr. Mank had negotiated* (I'm sure there was no negotiating by Mr. Mank at all). As an attorney, I was horrified to have to stand by and watch. How Mr. Mank has avoided numerous disciplinary proceedings and ethical complaints is beyond me. If you're in a genuine bind, find a lawyer who takes the duties he or she owes to their client seriously. Someone who actually cares about you and who will devote the time and attention to advancing your interests, even if that means paying a little bit more for it.

Great lawyer got my uncle off and started a new life

Many years ago used this law firm. They are the best around. Kurt Kerns is an excellent lawyer.

Not impressed. They never heard of pro bono or little people. Don't even want to talk to ya unless you got 10K up front. Said he would have a junior associate call me. Yeah right. All but threw me out. To bad somebody could've gotten some free publicity helping with my wrongfull incarceation suit. Not to mention a l lot more than 10K on the backend. So greedy and shortsighted.
