Don't waste your time!!!!

I am now a retired firefighter thanks to Sean McGivern. He is a tenacious and unstoppable professional. He worked 8 years on my case and never gave up. He never settled for less than I was due. He took my case clear to the State Supreme Court. If you want fast results call a slip, trip and fall lawyer. If you want what is right be patient, lawsuits are a slow process even when you are winning. Shawn knows what's right and more importantly what is wrong. Get a real lawyer at a real law firm. Can't say enough good!!!

McGivern was completely and utterly rude, un empathetic and not professional. Interruptive, sounded sexist, sighed twice on the phone, obviously poor legal understanding. So obnoxious. No referrals ... hardly listened. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone!!
