I have used him for 20 years now. I have reffered several family members as well as friends, he did a swell job for everyone of them. My wife used one of his colleagues Scott Poor as well, and he did a fantastic job. Id use Mr. Hartenstein again and again, as well as he'd be my first and only recommendation.

He's a lier and a manipulator. He promises things and doesn't do what he promises at all. I've emailed and called and he never replies or picks up the phone. Very unprofessional

We had an appointment on Friday at 10am with Lucy. We get there right on time. The Receptionist says "Sorry Lucy had to leave, would you like to reschedule?" I said why did'nt anyone bother to call us before we drove all the way down here and paid to park?? She said "sorry I can get you rescheduled if you'd like." Yeah no thanks. Completely unacceptable. Would give zero stars if it were an option. We'll take our business elsewhere.
