“We lost the case, although she argued very well during. Perhaps we could have been better suited if she had done any actual work in the 7 month leading up to trial, where I was only able to see my son once.”

Poor customer service and unprofessional behavior from staff
“I was met with a very callous and condescending office manager, who apparently was disgusted with my lack of knowledge on estate planning (I'm only 33, my apologies for my lack of knowledge). She cut me off at every attempt I had of asking valid questions. I finally pointed out how rude she as being, only to be told that she didn't have time to speak to me and hung the phone up.”
