I had a very peculiar immigration case. Attorney Beuke and his team were able to sort it all out and help me get my green card! He was a lot of help during my interview as well. I would totally recommend his office for any immigration issues!

Being mis informed by a legal aid of this firm is the same as asking my atty when I or my wife called.was told last week that my wc settlement would have to have an exemption but we wouldn't have to wait or turn check in which turns out false.i should have asked for a meeting to discuss what I could or could not do not being an attorney it was easy to misinterpret what Raquel was trying to tell me.

We called and explained clearly our situation. When we got there one of the staff came in to ask questions and told us that Gregory did not handle our type of case. However the staff who helped “screen” our case didn’t even know basic answers to general immigration visas, he actually gave us hope my fiance qualified for a category that Gregory than said he didn’t. If you have someone to gather information for you, make sure they are knowledgable. When explaining our situation on the phone, they should have told us that our case was not something they worked on or within the first 5mins let us know and refund us. They kept asking questions to justify the charge. Personally $125 is a lot for something we could have been told on the phone and I think we should have not been charged. They only handle marriage with a US citizen and we had clearly stated it was not our case. His staff was unprofessional, basically told us that we would be better off finding a US citizen each on our own. We asked about a marriage situation to the staff and he said we were getting into a mess.
