“Amy told her and myself that if my sister did not sign the papers that it is protocol that DCF investigates all failed adoptions, although there was no DCF involvement prior to what she had said. We have since confirmed through emails with an adoption case worker with DCF that they do NOT investigate failed private adoptions. When my sister emailed Amy to tell her she wanted to contest the adoption and was changing her mind, Amy informed her she had removed herself from "representing" my sister and could now be called as a witness against my sister. Unethical.”
