We hired their law office to represent my husband in a work injury case for a head injury. He calls to get updates he gets sent to his paralegal who does not return phone calls...nor do they send him any emails updating him on his case and what is happening. Or their intentions to get him paid for the 120 days he has not been paid or medical treatment. I understand they have many clients but they should touch base with their clients. We have decided to find an attorney who really fights for their client and returns phone calls within a day or two. I would not recommend them to anyone

I received a 2nd degree burn on my wrist from a blow dryer manufactured by a very large well known company. I tried to get compensated for the injury by contacting the Company. They answered by saying that I didn’t take care of it properly and assumed that the cord had become twisted causing the problem. I’m a hair stylist and I have had dryers last a long time because I never wind the cord around it. This was my personal hair dryer and I treat it the same. They requested that I send the defective dryer to them so they could inspect it! I did and they sent me a new hair dryer and ignored my injury even after I sent pictures! I contacted Sean Brennen and he was able to get a settlement from them. He and Drew were very good about keeping me informed on the progress of my case! It was done in a timely manner! It was worth it to let the Professionals do the job of getting compensation! I will definitely call them again if I have any more issues and will recommend them to anyone who needs a great team to handle accidents! I called a different company first because of the advertising on TV! My case was too small for them so I called the Accident Recovery Team and they were all very kind!
