Unwillingness to explore alternative solutions for complex cases
“I asked them to write in their notes everything I knew about my mother's case. I wanted the attorney to understand that WE understood the laws and rules surrounding my mother's case. Come the day of the appointment the attorney tells us everything we already knew and says nothing more can be done. We knew there would be road blocks in our case but they flat out refused to explore alternatives.”
