I hired Rocky to represent me in a case. Every time I called I received a quick response and scheduling. Rocky went out of his way to prove in trial that the case was erroneous. He succeeded in proving that the police throw charges out without proper evidence. The prosecution put 4 witnesses on the stand that contradicted themselves and each other. If I hired a public defender they would have pushed me to doing a plea(which I saw numerous times on my trial day). If you want one of the best lawyers to help you in a difficult time, Rocky is the man you need to hire. 30 years experience and will go to bat for your constitutional rights. His cross examination skills are impeccable. This man saved my life and very well could save yours too.

I hired Weber based on all of his great online reviews. The moment I gave him a check for $3000, he said the best thing to do was to pray. Then he ignored my multiple attempts to contact him for nearly a month. He insisted that we go to trial, which meant more fees for him. I hired him to get a case dismissed that was clearly frivolous and didn’t even meet Kansas standards to be filed. He refused to file a motion to dismiss and ignored every suggestion I gave him regarding how frivolous the case was. He only wanted more money and to delay proceedings as long as possible. After I fired him, he had the nerve to try to charge me another $1000. Thankfully he had a change of heart and backed off. Once I hired a competent lawyer, the case was dismissed almost immediately. His assistant April was great, but I can’t imagine anyone relying on him to get anything accomplished. His constant quoting of scripture and ignoring my requests to file the motions I hired him to file seemed to me unprofessional and disrespectful. He took my $3000 and got nothing accomplished. After I fired him, the competent attorney had better rates and had the case dismissed almost immediately. .

If you want a lawyer that will show up late, repeat himself 700 different times, bills by the hour and isn’t prepared for court, this is your guy! Forget being in the loop, because there isn’t one. It’s surprise, court day, now what was it we talked about for 3 hours about? Let me restart the clock and get all the data again... plus share personal info about nothing to do with the case and still keep that clock ticking.
