I was fortunate to have Craig West representing me in an Insurance claim from an automobile accident. The whole case spanned approximately 8 months. Throughout this period Craig kept me very informed both with e-mails and written correspondence. The matter was very un-nerving but I found Craig to be very much in control of the direction of the situation.
