Upstanding personal service from experts that know their business and totally stress free! My personal experience with ALEC NGUYEN at NGUYEN LAW OFFICES was more than just satisfactory. My wife and myself were filled with happiness and gratitude when my wife finally received her green card after many, many years of frustration. For years I went through many immigration lawyers, my money was taken up front several times never even being allowed to ask one single question to the actual lawyers, I was sifted through secretaries and “gate keepers” that were more like “sales people” who could care less about my situation and the problems they presented. I witnessed exorbitance in the immigration attorneys offices, so many people working, so little hands on approach, wasted money on making an impression with Coffee cups, stationary, pens, designs with logos, all this attention and energy put into non-sense, when what we needed was real people who knew who we even were when we called after spending a small fortune. Carolina was great, every call was answered, every message returned. If you think this should me the norm, think again, beware…after people have your money, you’ll be lucky to get any service for what you paid for. Small, simple, uncomplicated, down to earth, and Alec takes the time to really know your distinctive problem or situation. When I left, all the paperwork was immediately completed, I never had to call and beg or wait for weeks and months for my paperwork to be submitted. I would highly recommend the services and Alec and Carolina, they will get the job done and you will have no regrets.

My immigration journey for my green card started January of 2022 and finally was approved January 2024. My case took longer than my wife’s who only took 8 months and were submitted at the same time. Mr. Nguyen and his staff did inquiries during the case when it was outside of the processing time. They kept me updated when they got something. Sometimes we would go months without an update but I understand if there’s nothing to be done at the moment then there’s no update and when there was I appreciated that they did and explained what each notice meant. His rates are affordable and get great service! He is definitely the lawyer to go to for your immigration needs. Thank you Mr Nguyen for all your help!

Hands down if you want a lawyer that gets the job done and speaks to you like a person. Alec is who you need to talk with. What took 2 years at another firm literally took 2 weeks to get done by him. If he tells you he will get it done believe him when he does. I also want to thank Carolina for her hard work and helping Alec make the process go as fast and efficient as possible.
