Julia Leth-Perez represented me twice over the past several weeks in my defense of a temporary protection case filed against me. The filing by a neighbor was done maliciously because I reported his aggressive, dangerous dog to Animal Control several times it was loose and threatening me and/or my wife. Julia provided exceptional representation on my behalf, answered my questions, recognized my disability of having profound hearing loss and even made arrangements with District Court to use a courtroom for the hearing yesterday for my benefit to hear which gave me the best opportunity to participate in my defense. Julia spoke louder to assure I could hear her and even asked the judge to instruct plaintiff, who appeared pro se, to speak up. Julia was very prepared to defend me in this case and managed the courtroom so professionally. The judge readily found in my favor ruling "petition denied".
