I was helped by Anne K. and she was fantastic! I was so nervous as I was not in KS, but I felt like the experience was as if I was a local. She did not over charge and kept me updated on all the developments. I so appreciate Anne and her assistant Elly. She listed to what I said and prioritized my priorities and softly guided me when she felt that the law said a certain thing. I retained Julia Craft years ago. She took about 4 grand and never did anything. Every time we went to court she would have it continued out but charge me for it. Charge me for even calling her with a question or if they needed to call me for 1 minute was automatically a 15 min minimum charge rate. I had her for a year and accomplished nothing. I retained a new lawyer and paid a third of what I paid her and had 2 court dates with the new lawyer and was done and fully accomplished my needs. I would not recommend this firm. We hired Keith Edwards for a legal matter. He could have been honest and told us he couldn’t do what he was retained for. He could have referred us to a more competent attorney in his firm. He didn’t do what he said he would do and wasted precious valuable time with the legal matter at hand. Thankfully we got a full refund that’s how poor the service was.
