Called in with a quick question. He took the time to break it down and explain all parts. Didnt ask for a dime. Was very courteous and helpful. Would 100% recommend reaching out. Very rare to fined a skilled individual, who is willing to be this helpful. For just a question. Im sure he would work even harder on retainer.
