My daughter and I were involved in a car accident in August 2021. After exhaustive efforts on my part with the insurance companies, I decided to reach out to DeVaughn James for help. It was easily the best thing I could have done. We worked with attorney Lance Smith and legal assistant Amanda Vandyke. After the first phone call with the onboard team, Lance and Amanda took over and did an extraordinary job working on our behalf - they always made themselves available, and if they couldn’t, they reached out very quickly. We each had individual cases. My settlement was eventually reached and was very satisfactory. Amanda did a fantastic job putting together the demand letter to the insurance company and there is no question that it influenced the settlement amount.
