A friend of mine was rear ended by a drunk driver. Had her chest exploded and spent 2 month in the hospital... 4 months now and seen no money or financial help! Guess they said if she ended up with no money they could start a charity lol! The other people's insurance approved at least 200,000 for mom and daughter, and no money?

This is the absolute worst place you can call for help, they tell you they are busy but have the perfect lawyer for your case, then they tell you they'll work with the lawyer so you'll have more than 1 lawyer. What you get is a lawyer who doesn't know or do anything, you'll struggle alone for 2 years not knowing what's going on then you call them back and suddenly they're NOT your lawyer and they can't help with your case. You'd be better off dead than calling them!

Been really happy with Maggie and Heather at devaughn james. Maggie always tried to take they stress away by handling they insurance company. If we ever had a question she was always really patient with us and always tried to return the call same day or next day. If ever in a car accident in wichita area they are definitely the best law office in the area
