Always kind and very understanding of my case. Never made me feel guilty or weird about anything. I had never needed a lawyer before, and they helped me so much. I needed a lot explained to me and they never had a problem taking the time to do so, Especially Tanesha, who I think was the paralegal. So smart and so so kind to me. From front desk staff to attorneys so kind and knowledgeable! Very very positive experience during a very stressful period of my life. Thank you guys so much!

Garrett and Amanda handled my case very well, and we’re open and honest about everything going on on their side of things. I wasn’t sure I had a case since I had minor injuries. However, my special needs daughter had to miss a very important doctors visit in Kansas City, the other parties insurance refused to give me a rental. I called Devaughn James simply because I needed someone on my side who knew all the legal things. I knew nothing of how all of it works or even if I wanted to continue on with my case. It's been 6 months since ask my treatment has been done. Had like 4 different paralegals. And keep getting told one more week. Things will be done. And here it is 6 months later and the attorneys still haven't done what was promised

Was given a referral to another law firm by Devaugn James and unfortunately had a not so good experience with a staff member at that referred law firm. I let the representative at Devaugn James know of this encounter involving the staff member. Not only did an employee from Devaugn James reach out to referred law firm regarding my negative interaction, but Dustin Devaugn himself actually followed up with that firm and of course that firm has reached out to me to remedy the situation. Also, I received a direct phone call from Dustin Devaugn himself in which he explained he will look into the matter. I think that shows tremendous integrity and character on his(Mr. Devaugn)behalf for making the effort to help me. I would definitely recommend this law firm based on their attention to customer service.
