Chad does a wonderful job at providing insightful guidance. He's always responsive to any questions I have. He explains things in detail and when things don't make sense to me, he always breaks things down for me so that I can understand them. He also was very patient with me considering it took a long time for me to get things together on my end. And when I was ready to complete things, he was immediately back to work.
