Pros
1
The lawyer uses good common sense while being professional
“Uses good common sense while being professional.”
2
The lawyer's secretary, Keontay, was helpful and responsive in answering questions
“Keontay with the Bowling Green public defenders office has been a life saver for me! I live in Nashville but my husband was recently jailed within that county & she has been the ONLY person to actually answer any of my questions (and I had a lot) Anybody else I called would just give me the runaround but Keontay answered every question of mine in great detail and without getting annoyed.”
Cons
1
The lawyer and their staff are unresponsive and fail to return calls or communicate with clients
“I can't even get my lawyer to answer me or even talk to me so I have no idea what is going on or what to expect ridiculous all I heard is from her ur guilty no help nothing”
2
The lawyer's office and staff are described as unprofessional, with the office secretary hanging up on clients
“The Amanda person who works there is absolutely unprofessional and hangs up on you because they can't do their job and are told about it.”
3

“Absolutely horrible service to be representing victims. They will tell you they are for the victim when they truly are not.”
