Pros
1
The lawyer demonstrates good common sense and professionalism in their work
“Uses good common sense while being professional.”
2
The lawyer's staff, such as a public defender, are helpful in answering questions and providing support
“Keontay with the Bowling Green public defenders office has been a life saver for me! I live in Nashville but my husband was recently jailed within that county & she has been the ONLY person to actually answer any of my questions (and I had a lot) Anybody else I called would just give me the runaround but Keontay answered every question of mine in great detail and without getting annoyed.”
Cons
1
Lack of responsiveness and communication from the lawyer or their office, including not returning phone calls or emails
“I can't even get my lawyer to answer me or even talk to me so I have no idea what is going on or what to expect ridiculous all I heard is from her ur guilty no help nothing”
2
Unprofessional and dismissive behavior from staff, such as hanging up on clients
“The Amanda person who works there is absolutely unprofessional and hangs up on you because they can't do their job and are told about it.”
3
Perceived lack of effort or care in handling client cases, including not following through on promised actions
“They will tell you they are for the victim when they truly are not. I have been asking for 3 weeks for a phone call back from the prosecutor who I've never spoken to regarding my case, still no response.”
